School administrators should contact VCEE or a center for economic education in their area if looking for guidance on where to find resources or to plan professional development opportunities for their teachers. 

Since 2010, over 1400 teachers have attended the economics or personal finance institutes.  The 40-42 hour instiutes are provided by VCEE and its affiliated university-based centers. Expert speakers for personal finance institutes are provided by the Financial Planning Association, Bureau of Insurance, VA Bankers Association, VA Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Virginia Society of CPAs and VA 529.
