With support from the Viginia Housing Development Authority, Virginia K-3 teachers can get copies of Dragons Decide: A Free Enterprise Coloring Book to introduce or review economic concepts such as economic wants, scarcity, choice, decision-making, opportunity cost, saving, producers, goods and services, resources, specialization and interdependence.
